It is our policy that the facilities should be installed in strict conformance with the drawings, specifications, industrial standards, local regulations, and good construction practices during all phases of construction activities and that to achieve this goal, an effective quality control and assurance plan be prepared and strictly adhered at all times. We consider that establishing and maintenance for effective construction quality control is our major responsibility, which starts with the Project Manager progressing through his staff down to each craft this can be supplemented or amended in part during the execution of the project to satisfactorily meet the contractual requirements or to encompass new techniques or new material, however, it may not under normal circumstances be de-emphasized or unilaterally waved. prior to the starting of the Quality Control Group consisting of Q.C Engineer and QA Inspector will be assigned by NTC Management. They will be responsible for administering all quality control activities and documentation in accordance with the construction project undertaken by NTC Quality Control will be the prime duty of the Project Manager and his supervisor team. the Project Manager assisted by the QC Engineer will brief each supervisor on the special requirements of the project standards and specifications.

The Management of NORTHEN TRADING AND CONTRACTING COMPANY (NTCC), is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment in the project site where works are being executed. It is therefore a matter of policy that each employee is enjoined to observe and adhere to this policy at all times.

Employees’ safety and protection of company properties are the direct responsibility of all company personnel. Safety and Health programs are as much a measure of efficient implementation in reaching production goals, quality standards, and effective cost controls.

Safety on the job at all sites is FIRST & FOREMOST. No work activity is so important that it must be done in a manner, which permits undue hazards should be given top priority by Project management.

All employees shall always remember that NO shortcuts are allowed while in the performance of work. The Safety Department is responsible for assisting management in the development and implementation of safety awareness programs, safety education, and training for all NORTHERN TRADING AND CONTRACTING COMPANY (NTCC) Site Personnel.
